TVCD — Reopening is a Viable Possibility. We Can Help.

Sustainable forestry saves jobs. "No wood, No mills, No jobs" is a slogan that has been used in the industry and it's as true today as when first printed.

Mill closures and temporary shutdowns are heard about all too frequently. Unless you are in an area which relies upon the paper industry for its livelihood, you may not realize the impact these closures have on local communities.

TVCD prides itself on working with local mill managers and government officials to show how their chipping and procurement efforts can be improved in order to enable more profitability. Many times, this leads to reopenings and future purchases or avoids a shutdown all together. TVCD is simple and affordable. It works and it just plain makes sense.

We do this because we care. We live in these communities.
These people are our family.

We in the forest products industry want to conserve resources because it is in our best interests to do so. We want to maximize the amount of fiber we gain from timber harvesting so as to be able to reduce the amount of wood required to produce the same amount of paper. And, as responsible citizens, we also want to support sustainable forests and good stewardship of resources.

TVCDTM helps with this by providing a complete management system that allows clients to reduce the amount of waste and increase the value of the resource by using less to create the same amount of product.
