Step Four - Sustainability
TVCD/CHIP MACS Fax and E-mail Reports provide our customers with the management controls and reporting necessary to move suppliers from "below standard" to higher target in a matter of weeks. Suppliers want to provide you with the optimal product, but they need to know when they are not performing to your expectations. How do you do this without confrontation? You can objectively establish a Chip Quality Index (CQI) and then rate your suppliers against that standard. By e-mailing or faxing a weekly report to your chip suppliers you establish a standard, provide a measurement tool and can monitor your suppliers efforts to make improvements and sustain an ideal level of chip quality and production for your mill. In addition all fax/email reports are backed by the expertise of "The Chip Doctors". So, suppliers have expert advice on how and what to change within their specific operation in order to counter balance the faults that you are seeing within their data.

It's Simple -
Once a facility has been diagnosed by one of BRI's certified "Chip Doctors" using the CHIP MACS process, Chip lab facilities gather Raw materials which are analyzed within our TVCD software by performing a series of algorithm calculations and manipulating data to produce robust trend reports.
The pulp mills and suppliers are then provided with up to date and accurate information regarding the quality of their materials as well as a check list provided by BRI of corrective actions in order to increase their production and quality.
The user simply inputs their data and our system provides all of the necessary functionality. CHIP MACS/TVCD is accessible via the web, meaning it is capable of reaching any mill or supplier with internet connectivity, 24 hours a day. Thus, giving the user total access to their data and recommendations so they can make adjustments when it is timely for them.
